My daughter loves learning about wildlife in a creative way that combines art and writing. This class is a fun way for kids to learn about animals and express themselves through art and writing. I highly recommend this class for kids who love wildlife and creative activities.

My child looks forward to The Story of Earth and the Moon every week! The combination of science, drawing, and writing makes the class both fun and educational, and I’ve seen his confidence grow as he shares his work. Monica is such a warm, encouraging teacher, and she makes even big scientific ideas feel exciting and approachable.

Ms. Monica is a great teacher. She is kind and professional and always makes sure to give each child a chance to share or talk if they want to. My son (age 12) likes Ms. Monica and said that the creative nature of this class helped make “a boring subject more interesting.” High praise from a pre-teen.

Ms. Monica is a wonderful and engaging teacher. Our son loved this class and really enjoyed learning about the various myths and legends. He said the stories were interesting and that Ms. Monica was super nice and always gave the kids an opportunity to share their thoughts if they wanted to. Overall great experience and we highly recommend this class and teacher!

My son Max had such a positive experience and it really uplifted his confidence in his overall abilities. Max described Monica’s class as “warm and inviting” and said it felt like a space he could trust. He felt comfortable sharing, had a lot of fun, and told me it helped with his general typing and story writing too. He especially loved the group dynamic, saying the other kids were funny and respectful. As a parent, I’m grateful for how Monica makes her classes both safe and inspiring — Max came away smiling and more confident in his writing. Highly recommended!

This class is absolutely awesome! The content is fantastic, however it’s the teacher who makes it extra special. She is able to connect and relate to the students with her energetic and engaging personality. This age group is sometimes hard to teach but she nails it! We had to stop for a bit because of a scheduling conflict but we can’t wait to join again when that commitment is over. I absolutely recommend this class 1000%.

My children have been blessed to have Ms. Monica in their lives almost every day for nearly 2 years (they never want to miss a class!). Classes with Monica are more than a learning experience, they are a safe community building space for any and all learners. Monica plans her curriculum with care and is sure to address both the minds and hearts of learners as they discuss the importance of caring for our environment and every creature in it, while also having fun looking at cute animals and learning amazing facts! My children have gained confidence and skills in expressing themselves both verbally and on the page while working with Monica and we can’t recommend her courses enough.

This class and teacher are amazing. My daughter has been in Ms. Monica’s class now for over 2 years. She makes the kids feel like they are a family by creating a curious, supportive, and friendly learning environment. My daughter loves Ms. Monica and she is truly a wonderful educator. Our family can’t say enough goods things about her and her classes!!!

Ms. Monica is a gem and well loved by all of her students! Her classes are expertly designed and well delivered. I highly recommend any and all of Ms. Monica’s classes and especially Wildlife Trivia, which is a fun weekly experience for every child that loves animals!
