My daughter came out of this class so inspired. She loves to write stories, and this class gave her the perfect space to do just that while also learning how to become a stronger writer. Ms. Monica creates such a warm and welcoming environment, and it’s clear how much she cares about her students. I would highly recommend this class to other families.

This is a fantastic class for animal lovers! Ms. Monica is engaging, patient and kind and her classes are well planned and full of information. My daughter loves the changing focus and enjoys the opportunity to practice reading aloud, handwriting and most of all, illustrating. As an educator and a mother I highly recommend this class!

My son Max had such a positive experience and it really uplifted his confidence in his overall abilities. Max described Monica’s class as “warm and inviting” and said it felt like a space he could trust. He felt comfortable sharing, had a lot of fun, and told me it helped with his general typing and story writing too. He especially loved the group dynamic, saying the other kids were funny and respectful. My child looks forward to The Story of Earth and the Moon every week! The combination of science, drawing, and writing makes the class both fun and educational, and I’ve seen his confidence grow as he shares his work. Monica is such a warm, encouraging teacher, and she makes even big scientific ideas feel exciting and approachable.

My children have been blessed to have Ms. Monica in their lives almost every day for nearly 2 years (they never want to miss a class!). Classes with Monica are more than a learning experience, they are a safe community building space for any and all learners. Monica plans her curriculum with care and is sure to address both the minds and hearts of learners as they discuss the importance of caring for our environment and every creature in it, while also having fun looking at cute animals and learning amazing facts! My children have gained confidence and skills in expressing themselves both verbally and on the page while working with Monica and we can’t recommend her courses enough.

Ms. Monica is an awesome teacher! This class quickly became my daughter’s favorite outschool class. My daughter says they have lots of fun and she learns a lot!

Ms. Monica is a wonderful and engaging teacher. Our son loved this class and really enjoyed learning about the various myths and legends. He said the stories were interesting and that Ms. Monica was super nice and always gave the kids an opportunity to share their thoughts if they wanted to.
